Vivien and her team are highly professional and very thorough in taking clients through the often complicated process of bringing a property to market. She possesses expert knowledge of properties in Nedlands and neighbouring suburbs and so was able to make an appropriate initial valuation as a plausible starting point for the sale. To make us feel comfortable about the auction process, we were invited to one of her auctions of a similar property nearby and we saw the benefits of this method of selling, with the winning bid comfortably exceeding the reserve. Vivien and her team were able to assist in coordinating several important repairs and upgrades to our property, along with the staging of the house, to maximise the outcome of the sale.
