Walters was full of energy and raring to go after our first meeting. Unlike other agents we found that he was happy to give us feedback on our property's current state and how we can maximise value by fixing things around the property that wouldn't take long. For example, some paint and smoothing of walls, repainting a different color on kitchen island and bathroom vanity, a new coat of paint on balcony barrier, etc etc. Most agent just want you to sign with them asap and take their commission. Walter doesn't like wasting your time and pushed us to get things done. We were always kept up-to-date with how the property is going and he was always just a phone call away. I found Wally to be a friendly and courteous person. What I was most impressed with Wally was the fact that he sought to achieve an excellent standard of professionalism. I saw this when I was present at the photo shoot for the marketing of my property. Wally did not just let the photographer in. Throughout the whole session he was focused on achieving the best shots, and wasn't a passive bystander. Rather, he asked questions, conferred with, and made suggestions to, the photographer. I could see it wasn't because I was there but because he really wanted to have the property presented in the best light. He could have just took another call or just go and do another job. But he was committed to the task, even though my property may not have been the most commission he could achieve based on other properties he had.
