I recently moved in to a unit. From the very first email to inspect property Iorio now everything has been great. I was able to inspect the property, get a prompt response, choose a suitable time to pick up the keys and move in. I was pleasantly surprised with my welcome pack that included some timtams/ coffee/ tea and toilet paper. All of which came in handy on my first day stay. There has been some maintenance issues while I've been here and all have been managed promptly with no delays or hassles. I feel like all my concerns have been managed appropriately. Jay has been an outstanding property manager for my investment property in Langwarrin. We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home.
