Emily has been doing our property's management with Georgia taking care of organizing advertising and inspections for new tenants. We have been very happy that they leased the property so quickly beginning of the year, and now have released it with just a few days between the old tenants moving out and new ones moving in. Separately we have also dealt with Michael Garcia for the sale of a separate property, and highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell property. He achieved a fantastic price on the sale and it was also fairly quick with just a few weeks on the market. He hustled and we got multiple offers and exceeded expectations.
