We had Rachel help manage our recent purchase to get tenants in to rent. She was a breeze to work wish and kept us informed every step of the way with regular contact

Rachel has been the best property manager I’ve dealt with to date. From the initial inspection she communicated frequent updates with us, even updates that she was waiting on an update which was nice to hear so we knew we weren’t forgotten about. She has been very pleasant to deal with and has made the entire process seamless for us. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Rachel

Rachel went above & beyond to get us locked in to a rental. There was constant communication so we weren’t left to stress, any questions we had were answered timely. Highly recommended.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Managed Property. The team is incredibly thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive, which gives me great confidence that my property is in capable hands. They stay on top of everything and communicate clearly throughout the process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, they are proactive in identifying potential problems and addressing them early, helping to keep the property well maintained and ensuring things run smoothly for both the tenant and me as the owner. Janelle, in particular, is a wealth of industry knowledge - always willing to answer questions to support informed decision making. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Managed Property to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, diligent, and responsive property manager.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Managed Property and highly recommend their services. They managed our property with professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail, particularly during a challenging period involving a complex and problematic tenant. Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.

This is our second property which Janelle and the team have managed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so proactive, strong communication skills and make the whole experience seamless. We can thank them enough - highly recommend!
