Pleasantly surprised with the little goodie bag I received very clever

Indianna has been the leasing consultant for my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service she's provided. What stood out most was her honesty, she reviewed every applicant and gave me straightforward, professional feedback, even when one of the proposed tenants was someone I personally knew and had put forward myself. Rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear, she gave me her genuine assessment based on her knowledge and experience, which I really value and respected. Indianna also told me upfront that she was committed to improving and getting better results for me, and she's absolutely delivered on that promise. I'd highly recommend Indianna to any landlord looking for an agent who genuinely has their best interests at heart.

I was very impressed with Remax who is the agents for our new rental. Their communication is excellent and attention to detail regarding the property report was impeccable. Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.

Excellent service throughout the lease break process. My leasing agent (Mellissa) managed to secure a new tenant quickly, conducted all inspections thoroughly and to the expected high standard, and maintained good communication throughout. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and transparent. I would highly rate the whole team

We have been with Sara Muir for nearly 6 years. They have provided a service that I don't think you would find anywhere else. They are quick to act and very professional in all aspects of their profession. They are very supportive and always act on your best behalf.

We have had the best experience with Sara Muir and her team. We are interstate investors from the east coast and having Sara’s local knowledge about the rental market in WA, to organising quotes for trades to her offering advice, to being so helpful and a good ear to bounce things off has really put our mind at ease. It gives us peace of mind that even though we are so far away we know that our investment is in great hands with Sara and her amazing crew. With Property Manager Sally at the helm, she held the 1st open home for the property on a Sunday and we were able to secure a great quality tenant!
