Very happy with our experience with the property manager. Very professional and helpful.

Very helpful and clear communication I feel secure with everything. Definitely recommend my family to peak central property group. Looking to buy a house in about 2 years soon will definitely looking to go on board with my property manager Mitchell.

Great at communication and ensuring clients understand every step.

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

Their extensive understanding of the market and keen attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend CENTURY 21 Mandurah team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive agent."

Working away in the Pilbara it’s a good feeling of confidence that Laura is looking after my property. As a first time landlord Laura has guided me in the right direction on a few occasions and I appreciate her knowledge greatly. Her assistants that help with the lease and home opens were also talented and helpful. Alice in particular was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right tenants that suit me and my house.

I cannot recommend Courtney Clarkson highly enough. After my property was broken into and suffered damage, she stepped in immediately to handle the crisis. She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend her services to any landlord!

I must commend your team members Sujaya Kalwani and Courtney Clarkson. I have dealt with them and they are wonderful. Hats off to Courtney especially, I have dealt with her over phone and emails regularly, always very cordial and understanding.

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.

We live in SA and we were pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of the Property Managers. Their willingness to help us and talk through the things we didn't know about. And we now have tenants in our property

Orana Property Management exceeded my expectations from the moment they established contact. Their team was highly professional, displayed great written and verbal communication skills and gave me great confidence in their ability to manage my property effectively.

I had a positive experience working with Orana Properties. They were prompt in securing a tenant and demonstrated strong efficiency throughout the leasing process. Communication was clear and consistent, with regular updates that kept me well informed at every stage. As someone who self-manages my property, I particularly appreciated their professionalism and ability to step in and handle the leasing seamlessly. Their responsiveness and reliability made the process straightforward and stress-free. I would confidently recommend Orana Properties to other property owners looking for dependable leasing support.
