Overview of Banora Point, NSW, 2486

Having dealt with Brownlee real estate for many years, I have found all team members to be extremely helpful, with quick replies, fantastic communication and a superior level of care. Highly recommend.

Tate Brownlee have been incredible from the beginning with Courtney leading the way followed by Sandi and Madie. Nothing was too hard, complicated or of trouble. Combined with exceptional professionalism and service, extensive knowledge of the market and geographical area and brilliant relational support all round. The team is to be commended for their outstanding work, support and commitment.

They helped us find a new rental in such a short amount of time Helped us get approved also in such a short amount of time

All the staff at Tate Brownlee have been exceptional, taking the worry off my shoulders from the start. Special call out for Sandy and Maddie who have been fantastic. Im pleased to be leaving my home in there care.

Welcoming from the inspection of the property and very helpful through the entire process. A very good experience with our move.

Both Karen, our property manager and Sandy our leasing agent were exceptional. Good old fashioned service is a rarity in the modern day and when you get it, it is like a breath of fresh air! Thank you ladies, I greatly appreciate what you have done. Regards, Brad.

My previous house was also managed by Madi and I had a terrible experience with my removalist company. During the transition Madi could not have been more kind, compassionate and supportive during the whole ordeal. Madi is an Agent who knows what it's like to be a tenant and actively tries to ensure that people are able to live comfortably in the home they are renting.

I've been renting through DJ Stringer for the past five years, and it's been a really positive experience. The team has always been friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Any questions or maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and communication has always been clear. It's refreshing to rent through an agency that genuinely cares about both tenants and property owners. I would happily recommend DJ Stringer to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agency.

As a Landlord, I'm very happy with Wendy, who do management for my properties. Wendy is very professional, experiences and very excellent communication and helpful. If you need management for your rental property, I recommend to contact Wendy.
