Overview of Shelly Beach, NSW, 2261

Engaged Amanda at Ray White Bateau Bay to rent out our property in the local area. The property management team were professional, efficient, and friendly with our property being leased out quickly. I'd recommend these property managers to any prospective owners wanting to rent their properties through this agency.

The team at Ray White have been wonderful. Great communication and very professional.

Second time renting through Adele and her team and honestly couldn’t be happier. Communication is always clear and quick, everything is handled professionally, and they make the whole renting process feel easy and stress-free. It’s obvious they genuinely care about both the property and the tenants. Really appreciate how smooth everything has been again. Highly recommend Adele and her team to anyone looking for a great property management experience.

It was a pleaseure to meet Vin Nguyen the Property Manager of Marando Real estate when I was looking for a rental for my father as he was transitioning down from Newcastle. I found Vin to be very professional, full of expertise and local knowledge, besides being very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Having never rented before, I felt that Vin understood our family situation well and made our family feel at ease at all times. I would recommend Vin and his team to anyone who was looking for a rental on the coast! The team at Marando are a pleasure to deal with!

Marando Realestate has made our move super easy. They are very layed back, kind and helpful.

Highly recommended. They proccess my papers so fast, and easy to communicate them.
