Agencies in Battery Point, TAS, 7004

Maggie was fantastic, because it was such a quick move we didn't get time to go theoigh the house for condition report. But we went through and showed Maggie things that needed done. She was lovely and assured us the work world be sorted :)

Sharon was amazing and fast with the rental swap over process, she shows kindness and compassion towards day to day struggles of life. She always returns communication fast and supports myself in the process. I even received a gift when moving which at the time meant the world. It’s the little things some times and these guys made me feel so welcome and like they truely enjoyed delivering their services. It was a truely wonderful experience and continues to be. Thank you to the whole team on behalf of myself and sons.

Very fast response. I had the lease signed within a week of viewing the home.

The team was professional and timely with their communication. There were issues outside of their control regarding settlement of another property which delayed the exit of previous tenants, but the team handled it well, kept me informed and did the best for everyone involved.

The agents at Downton property are professional yet down to earth and approachable. What I like best is that there isn't any 'attitude', they all have great work ethic and do their best to help you, while always being good communicators. They are a great alternative to the other 'big' companies who might look glossy but don't deliver, or if they do, it is highly impersonal. I highly recommend Downton Property to manage any business related to your property.

I had a truly amazing experience with Downton Property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Kelly and the entire team. From the very beginning, Kelly was incredibly professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience feel effortless and always took the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. It was clear from day one that she genuinely cared about helping me and making sure everything went smoothly. The entire team at Downton Property was fantastic. Everyone was approachable, helpful, and professional, and their attention to detail really stood out. It’s not often that you come across a team that combines such a high level of professionalism with such a personal and friendly approach. I felt supported throughout the entire process and always knew I was in good hands. Kelly and the team went above and beyond my expectations, and I’m incredibly grateful for all their help. I would highly recommend Downton Property to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring team. Thank you, Kelly and the whole team, for such an amazing experience! You were absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend you highly enough.
