Overview of Battery Point, TAS, 7004

We are very happy with CPPM and recommend them highly. They have always found us great tenants, and any issues with the property or concerns of the tenants, are addressed quickly with the minimum of fuss. They have a good network of reliable tradesmen, and payment is always prompt and accurate.

Staff were very helpful with an electrical appliance issue and providing keys when we accidentally locked ourselves out!!

Delivering excellent management and service at all times, we have total confidence in CPPM. They have been consistently excellent in all they do for us

I have been really enjoying the clear and professional communication process.

We had a very positive experience with Petrusma Property Management while securing our new rental home. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from the beginning. The communication from the team was clear, prompt, and very helpful, which made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Kendall Lovell and Mel Darling were both extremely supportive throughout the process. They provided clear guidance during the application and lease arrangements and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Their communication style was professional, friendly, and respectful, which gave us confidence during every step of the process. The team demonstrated strong market knowledge and a good understanding of the rental process, ensuring that everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the experience straightforward and comfortable for us as new tenants. We truly appreciate the assistance and support provided by Petrusma Property Management. Their helpful approach, responsiveness, and professionalism made a big difference during our move. We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

Aislinn and Layla did a great job re-letting my property recently. They provided a fantastic market insight on pricing, current vacancy and peak time to rent my unit with my upcoming lease expiry. A market rent was achieved with zero downtime. Would highly recommend their service.

4one4 is very diligent at managing my property and recommend them to anybody considering using a leasing agent
