From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. I had previously worked with the viewing agent through LJ Hooker, so she already understood what I was looking for. She was always polite, friendly and kind, which made the inspection process smooth and comfortable. The housing manager who completed my tenancy sign-up was equally impressive. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The customer service was outstanding from the initial property viewing right through to signing the tenancy agreement. The whole process was efficient, well organised and made me feel valued as a tenant. I would happily recommend the team to anyone looking for a positive and professional rental experience.

I have chosen VC property at critical time, when my previous agency failed to inform me, that my tenant had not renewed the agreement and left. My property was empty for few months , and i needed to find another tenant urgently. The VC property were extremely professional and fast at securing very good tenant. The VC property is proactive at finding new tenants, flexible, fast and reliable at problems resolution, easy to communicate with. The website is easy to navigate, notices of bills to pay and rent coming in, as well as monthly and yearly reports come on time and are correct. The VC property technical and financial specialists are easy to approach and very responsive to landlords’ needs.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent.
