Nikki initially and then Jayda were thorough. They kept me informed of progress at all times. The standard of the work done was excellent . The entire job was done in a very reasonable time. It was a pleasure dealing with both agents.

We recently bought an investment property in Gungahlin and decided to have the property managed by Nikki and the team at Raine & Horne Gungahlin. We have been very pleased with their service to date. They quickly found an excellent tennant paying an excellent weekly rate for rent (more than what we were expecting). They have also quickly and efficiently resolved a few initial queries that the tenant had after he moved in. I really want to say that Sophie is such a wonderful person i’ve ever met real estate guys before! she helped us a lot whenever and very kind. I appreciated to her. But when i went to MARQ building for grabbing my keys for new home, the reception woman was very unkind she seemed don’t want to work or tired. She asked me if there’s any quetions and i asked few, which she said she don’t know ask Emma. What’s the point to ask me if there’s any questions? I don’t know it was pretty frustrating and feel uncomfortable. But beside of that, besides of that everything was good
