Very good service and I am very happy with the service.

I had a tenant who stopped paying rent as of New Years Eve Last year. They caused willful damage to the property and when the bond clean was completed, I noted that they required 4 cans of Moreton before they could even enter the property to clean it due to the excess of flies and rubbish. Alina and the rest of the team have been exceptional in managing the entire situation, including organising repairs, managing the claim, and organising for a new tenant. I was impressed by their diligence and conscientiousness when chasing up the reluctant parties, namely the tenants during the eviction process and the claims officer. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the processes and I felt very confident knowing that my case was in good hands. I am very happy with the service they continue to provide, and Alina is always chatty and easy to deal with. Even though I don’t want to have to go through this ordeal again, I know that the team would support me if it came to it. Property Manager Michelle Hales met with us in the empty house to review its ongoing condition. We were delighted with the overall first impression and condition of the house, which speak well for the management of Raine & Horne Springfield over many years. Michelle impressed with her knowledge of the house and the departing and incoming tenants. Also, her experience in dealing with issues arising, and her focus on having the house ready for the incoming tenants were welcome. We left with a precise understanding of the time & costs, and we were delighted that it was all finished expeditiously ready for the new tenants.
