After recently acquiring the property, I chose to use Right Choice as my agent as they were very helpful with me purchasing it. I have seen some agents that are good with sales and others that are good with management so I was initially hesitant. After a few months of dealing with them and providing property management, I can definitely say that I made the 'right choice' in choosing Linda and the company to provide management services.

The agents have been so supportive from the moment we viewed the rental to supporting with application. Everything has been acknowledged and even included the landlord in emails which made communication so much easier. So far they have been really helpfull.

Talia was a pleasure to deal with. Her emails were answered in under 20 mins after being sent and her phone calls throughout the process kept us up to date. Talia is a true asset to Spinelli real estate and we wish her and the team all the best in the future.

I purchased my first home that already had tenants in it who were leasing and contracted through Right Choice, though never having any experience being a landlord or dealing with an agency, the whole team there were excellent at communicating explanations of the many questions I personally had, any problems/concerns that arose with the tenants or property and always had multiple answers or options ready for a decision to be made by myself to keep everything going the way they should be. When the original tenants living in the property decided to hand in their two week notice early from the contracted lease period, the entire team at Right Choice worked non stop even being at the busy end of year/start of year period to get new tenants in there as quick as possible again making a pretty stressful situation as easy to navigate as could be.

It takes ages to find new tenants. Normally should not take too mare than couple of weeks when there is huge demand in the market

Hi agent's attitude and behaviour is nice but there are few things which agents need to notify at the time of inspection like the main door lock is not working and few other points so agents need to describe these things on inspection on owner's behalf....

I was very impressed with the rental process organised by Right Choice Real Estate. When I was accepted as the successful tenant the electronic process was easy to use to sign up for the lease. All the staff I have dealt with are very professional and happy to answer any questions. Regards
