Spinelli realestate have been great to work with. Easy to communicate with and reliable. They were about to secure a rental agreement that was exactly what we wanted. Very happy with the result.

I had a positive experience with the property management team at Right Choice Real Estate during my rental at 14 Ponsford St. The team has been professional, responsive, and helpful in handling enquiries and managing the property. Communication has been clear, and any issues raised were followed up in a timely manner. Overall, I appreciate their service and support throughout the tenancy.

We’ve recently leased our investment property through Linda Gulabovska and the Property Management team at Right Choice Real Estate, and the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Linda has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and proactive from start to finish. Her communication is clear, prompt, and consistent, which made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. She took the time to understand our needs as property owners and ensured everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The team demonstrated a high level of expertise in the market, securing quality tenants efficiently while maintaining transparency throughout. We felt completely confident that our property was in the best hands. What really stood out was the level of support and genuine care, nothing felt too hard, and every question was met with helpful, informed guidance. We are so grateful to have Linda and the Right Choice Real Estate team managing our property and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and results-driven property management team. Thank you again for such a positive experience!

Excellent communication, rental process easy from start to finish

Krista our Property Manager was very professional, listened to our needs and communicated her knowledge of the market to us very well. Krista always replied promptly to any questions we had, and after a couple of open-house inspections had recommended an applicant to us. The re-letting of our property was accomplished very quickly, with no fuss.

Our agent was really energetic, vibrant and possessed good marketing skills. Delivered professionally and communicated with us directly with all requirements on the property.

C&C has shown to be an experienced ,agent with friendly staff and merit to be recommended .
