Responsive and timely communications. Extremely helpful with every step of the process

The Q realty is an excellent team! They will always help their clients in any way. For a short period of time, we received a great response. We’ve been dealing business with them since 13 years ago and looking forward to have a good relationship doing business in the future

All Q Realty Staffs are all professionals to deal with , my rental property takes only 2 inspections for open house then Lease Agreement Done soooo quick….salute guys….🫡👏👍🏻…more power to you all 💖💕💗

We bought our property with Quy Early way back years ago. She gave us honest, helpful advice and support, making numerous trips to the property with us, resolving all our queries and fears, helping us make a good decision in purchasing the property. We were so enamoured by her straightforward honest suggestions and solutions, that we decided to give our property to her as well to manage and we can honestly say, that to date, we have had absolutely no regrets nor any doubts to their integrity in looking after our interests and our Tenants. Quy has inculcated in her staff at Q Realty, a genuine desire to help and assist all her clients - both when purchasing or selling a property. They are definitely a Property agent I will continue to look to, to purchase and manage our future properties.

Ian and team have been very proactive and across all areas of compliance. They found us a great tenant, the whole process has been very smooth.

Keely managed the lease renewal very efficiently and provided me with professional advice when selecting new tenants. Her prompt communication and reliable support have made managing my rental property less stressful. Thanks, Keely.

As a first time landlord the process felt overwhelming, however working with Ian at Image Property who was a verbal referral has eased any concerns I had! Ian was professional, informative, commuicative and professional in their engagement. They made the process easy to understand and provided great assurance and trust through how they were able to articulate their undertaning of the local market and expectations around pricing. Once we were ready to let the property we had a tenant within one week. We will certainly being partnering with Image on our future endeavours. Thanks Ian and look forward to working with the team as they manage our property.
