Overview of Bundamba, QLD, 4304

I highly recommend the team for their outstanding property management services. They took over management of my property from another agency during a vacant period and immediately turned things around, sourcing a fantastic tenant quickly and completely hassle-free. Over the years, their service has been consistently excellent. They have been incredibly proactive with managing compliance requirements and have always excelled at finding high-quality tenants whenever a lease came to an end. The only reason I am leaving the agency is because I have sold the property. I am immensely grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and peace of mind over the years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Since we let them to manage the property, we no need to worry too much about it. Communicate was good and replying emails were faster and answers everything you needed to know. Their teams were very efficient by doing what they needed to do and proving service professionally. Highly recommended if you need agents to look after your property, they are the best for you to consider.

As a first time property investor I was lucky to be recommended Iang Jung of Image Property to manage our investment. Ian’s contacts across trades & calm professional mannerism makes him a pleasure to deal with & an asset to the agency. I would happily recommend Ian & his team for anybody looking at rental property management in Brisbane, Ipswich & surrounds.

I am excited to be with Strud. I also get to work with two beautiful agents, one I have had the pleasure of working with in the past. During the application process I was treated with respect and the whole process was made so easy. I look forward to enjoying my new tenancy with Strud.

Very friendly staff will definitely go with this Realestate again

I’ve had an excellent experience with Ray White Ashgrove managing my property in Ipswich. They made the transition from my previous agent incredibly smooth while finalising an existing tenancy and securing a new one without any complications. On top of that, they handled several major repairs and maintenance jobs, organising quotes and coordinating work from plumbers, gardeners, plasterers, and other trades. Their communication was clear, timely, and proactive throughout the entire process, which made everything far less stressful for me as a landlord. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and support, and I’m confident recommending Ray White Ashgrove to other landlords looking for reliable and hands-on property management.

Chloe was awesome we've recently moved from NZ and she helped with finding us a rental. She kept in contact and helped us with everything to secure a property. Alana was also another agent whom went above and beyond driving over an hour for a inspection and doing a private tour. Amazing team we'll done

Liz is a good property manager I have pointed out some things need fixing helpful and thorough on the inspection.

The best experience ever! The communication from start to end was amazing. My property manager Liz made this experience so great. Everything ran smoothly and so friendly. Followed up to make sure we moved in ok. Highly recommended thankyou
