I applied for the rental property on 25th Dec 2025 and my application was approved on the 29th December 2025. Strud is very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to obtain answers from us. Very kind and their communication is very excellent because they were communicating to us on real time basis while maintaining professionalism. I felt I was heard and noticed. Excellent in all the areas mentioned above.

We found our interaction with Chloe from STRUD Property to be very professional. She responded to any queries quickly and was always helpful and professional in her communications via email and SMS. On those occasions when communications were via phone calls, Chloe maintained her professionalism whilst also presenting as very personable. Each step of the application process, we were given regulate updates. Once the application was approved, we appreciated the notification via the direct call from Chloe and the enthusiasm with which it was delivered. After which, handbooks and lease agreement were delivered with speed electronically for our perusal and completion. Let me start with I am a senior, so computers etc of today are a little more challenging then my usual form of communication, having said that Amy has been extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when I requested to come in and sign and pay bond and rent etc. Very informative regarding info needing my signature etc and never rushing or making me feel uncomfortable, even when asked questions she took her time to explain or respond and always making sure we understood each others response.

As a first-time tenant, I expected the experience to feel overwhelming. However, Kerry from Raine & Horne made the entire process smooth and far less stressful through her efficient management and clear communication. I’m truly grateful to have had such an approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive property manager guiding me through my first rental experience. Our investment property is being managed by Crown Real Estate Ipswich since 2021 and we've never thought of going with other property management company since then. They are very punctual with communicating any tenant issues and inspection reports. I am impressed how they are on top of every inspection schedules, rent statement, contract updates and notices with any new legislation changes and how it would affect landlords and tenants. They action promptly any invoices or bills to make sure that it is paid on time. Any issues reported by tenants is being communicated promptly to us and they liaise with their contractors to get it fixed asap. Emerence has been very helpful and she ensures that they respond to any of our queries within 24 hours. Their professionalism and excellent customer service had earned trust from both landlords and tenants establishing a good working relationship.
