I recently engaged STRUD Property to manage my investment property in Brisbane and honestly couldn't be happier with how it all went. From the very beginning, the team had everything under control. They got the property ad sorted well in advance. They attended all the Pre-Condition Inspections, stayed on top of the builder/supervisor, and kept me in the loop the whole way. Never once did I have to chase them up for an update. Always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and completely upfront about everything going on. Overall, a really smooth experience. STRUD Property genuinely impressed me with their organisation and professionalism. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a property manager who actually stays on the ball.
