Quick and very responsive good at there jobs

Pretty much the title. Very polite, fast acting, and helpful. I feel very lucky that I got Trish's help.

From the moment I contacted Tabitha regarding a property to lease I was impressed with her professionalism. Tabitha is an honest, efficient and compassionate Property Consultant, any team would be lucky to have her. I cannot thank her enough for her support in our endeavour to secure a property. Lisa and Cassie are also a delightful members of the team. Lisa is really honest in the feedback she gives and one can tell that she is an advocate for both the tenants and the owners (as she should be). Cassie is our Property Manager and from the moment she took on the role nothing has been a problem for her. Every question is answered promptly and every request is attended to in a very timely manner. Overall I am very happy with the experiences I've had with this real estate agency so far. I would not hesitate to recommend them. However is responsible for putting this team together should be very proud.

Realway made the process hassle free and facilitated all paperwork quickly whilst being approachable and easily contacted

Realway Real estate were able to have my property cleaned and ready to re-rent in a timely manner even after the property was broken into when not occupied. The team have keep me informed during this process giving myself one less matter to be concerned about during a stressful period in my personal life.

Amy and Rebecca were both very friendly and professional. My housemate and I are renting properly for the first time and they were very happy to answer any questions we had no matter how trivial. They have been very proactive with the property in regards to damages and sending people out to fix them. Overall a great experience thus far.

Raine & Horne have managed my property for 20 years with no issues. Unfortunately, I had problem tenants recently, but Rachel Chanoff my managing agent has done an excellent job of dealing with them, as well as securing new tenants which at this stage seem great. Rachel is fantastic to deal with and always keeps me up to date with everything that’s happening. She also provides good advice so I can make an informed decision. I want to thank you Rachael, for all your hard work. It’s a pleasure dealing with you.

Rachel has been so kind she’s so easy to communicate with she is by far the best landlord I’ve ever had ! So helpful the realestate is !
