I write about Viviana Suarez and expand my previous high recommendation. She is real time her communications are always brief and knowledgeable. She doesn’t waste words, but put her energy into investigating a problem, thoroughly providing solutions. The buildings that is managing for townhouses at 40 years old. They’re always problems and maintenance sometimes Major.. in particular there have been significant problems with the roofs and gutters because we are surrounded by Gumtree’s, which become quite a problem when the weather is wet and rainy, and she has done a magnificent job on that. She knows her tradesmen only uses tradesmen to do good work, and his prices are reasonable. This is quite a gift because property managers are not always competent and conscientious. She selects tenants very carefully we help her a little bit by giving her the latitude to select the quality of the tenant above the final extra dollar and summary skillful, intelligent, extremely professional property manager, which we would recommend highly.

Michael and his team have managed my house in Paddington for about ten years. In the wake of the recent housing market changes, my house required a new tenant.
