Having managed this apartment for some time, Daniel was completely on top of the process of finding a new suitable tenant at the right rental. In reviewing the physical state of the apartment when the tenant left, he recommended that certain work be done, and seamlessly arranged all that was necessary. This was followed by a successful reletting process, again a smooth operation, requiring virtually no landlord input. One would be hard pressed to find a better manager.

They are very good at responding when you have queries or need action. They do care about our property and come back to us with good solutions. Always hard to know whether the value of quotes makes sense or not but one needs to trust people and they have given us every reason to trust them.

Everyone I have dealt with in NU Management were really easy to deal with! They were chasing a landlord that was based overseas so slight delays in response for that but otherwise, they had our move in, collection of keys and connections seamless. Any maintenance that needed to be fixed was dealt with in our first week of moving in. Thanks team!
