The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.

They were so professional and reliable when it came to inspecting our properties immediately after the tenants moved on and making sure everything was dealt with properly. William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

Once we took ownership of the property MPM arranged all the marketing, open houses, applications very professionally. They took the time to review the current rental market providing a comprehensive document showing available listings in the immediate area and some comparison listings from other areas to give context to the property and expected rental return. More importantly their screening of potential applicants was very thorough, which gave peace of mind to who could move into the property.

They were very knowledgeable and communicated with us the whole time keeping us up to date along the whole process. Extremely professional.
