Communicated well kept me in the loop

Our property management agent is easy to reach, timely in their responses and pro-active in their approach. Would highly recommend.

First impressions are the give away & I make special mention of Bree. Friendly, good communication skills, well presented and welcomed all viewers through the door plus was available for any queries, arrived ahead of viewing time to view the rental before us multitudes, looked through the rentals. Plus, the follow up is just as important, email follow ups were consistent and came with the understanding of being available should one need to call or email, Bree...or any agent. Thank you for the behind the scenes work done, after the rental viewing, after submitting the application. I'm very happy to have secured a lovely rental and be under the covering of Harcourts Rosny.

We dealt with Louise, Keely and Samantha at Fall whilst looking for the right rental. They were exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, flexible and so very professional. From the viewing to the contract signing we felt supported. I just cannot recommend them highly enough. They made a tough transition so much easier.

Their process of dealing is very smooth and everything went great.

We must say that Daniela & Kristy are very professional, amazing communicators, and extremely cooperative. We applied for a house in Tas from Adelaide, where we didn’t have the option to physically inspect the property. Kristy managed the walkthrough video very smoothly, which helped us to make our decision in one go. And Daniela, you are the best. She provided me with all the information we needed and picked up my calls several times a day with a positive smile and attitude. Lastly, both of them are very responsive with email communication and especially, timely communication. Just keep going! Wishing you both all the very best😊

Treena at Raine and Horne was very attentive to our needs and got the whole application sorted very smoothly and quickly.

Had easy transition to renting our house thanks to the team. Minimal fuss. Minimal paperwork. Good communication. Comparable rates

Our agent is efficient, easy to get in touch with and friendly. I find her easygoing and relatable.
