Agencies in Brisbane City, QLD, 4000

Our recent unit purchase 902/23 Bouquet Street south Brisbane through Place Real Estate agents at Kangaroo Point was amazing and transparent. A shout out to Melindah Berrett who is now managing the property is exemplary with the service provided with arranging new tenants and the house keeping. We are extremely grateful and we know we are in good, professional hand.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with this agency from start to finish for a tenancy. After lodging my application they called me straight away and helped me through any information they needed. Application was approved within 24 hours and the agent melindah moved molehills to allow us into the property asap. All of my enquires or requests thereafter have been responded too within 15 minutes - outstanding service Melindah! Best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency.

Place Kangaroo Point are always professional and helpful! I had a great experience as a tenant and highly recommend the team.

Sarah has been very helpful and responsive throughout my experience. She communicates clearly, follows up quickly and is always willing to help when an issue comes up. I recently had an issue with the exhaust fans in my apartment, and she handled it promptly and professionally. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her.

I’ve had an excellent experience with ARG Property Management, particularly with my property manager, Sarah Creeley. Sarah is extremely proactive, professional and always communicates clearly and promptly. Her experience and strong understanding of property management requirements and relevant legislation give me genuine peace of mind and confidence that my investment property is being managed properly. It’s reassuring to know that Sarah is always on top of things and looking after both the property and my interests as an owner. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team at ARG Property Management to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and proactive property management team.

We’ve had a really positive experience with ARG Property Management throughout our tenancy. Communication has always been professional, clear and prompt, and any questions or concerns we’ve had have been handled efficiently. Our property manager, Sarah, has been particularly helpful and approachable. She has always been easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout the process, including during our recent move-out. We really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and the clear communication around inspections and the vacate process.

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.

Alex has given the Opalyn Group excellent service and genuinly cares about her customers

Owning a property but living abroad means I need to rely on the management agency to handle my rental property well. Samantha and her team have been very professional and have taken care of all the business associated. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
