Buxton Ballarat were professional, efficient and so easy to work with. As someone who is a first time renter - they made the process seamless and was always ready to help. Zali was excellent at the inspection and the follow up and Jamie - the property manager is always ready to help and extremely patient and overall amazing agent. Great job

Her deep market knowledge was obvious, helping us navigate the local rental landscape easily. Nicole also demonstrated strong negotiation skills to ensure the terms worked perfectly for everyone, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free rental process!
