Moving into this place was a really smooth experience overall. Communication was clear and consistent the whole way through, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The process felt organised, and there were no surprises when it came to paperwork or expectations. It gave me a lot of confidence going into the move. The only unexpected thing was arriving to find millipedes around the house. It wasn’t difficult to deal with at all, just something I wasn’t expecting on move-in day. Once that was sorted, everything was completely fine. Overall, a positive experience. Easy process, good communication, and a smooth transition into the property.

Buxton realestate has been great to deal with so far. A few different agents had shown us a few different houses and all were pleasant and helpful. Just signed a lease with Buxton and so far I have found the communication to be very good and our property manager Paris, has been very helpful guiding me through the process.

We have been with Buxton for over 12 months and were recently informed that we needed to find another property as the landlord was moving back into the home. As you can imagine, this was incredibly stressful for our family, especially needing to find somewhere close to our children’s school and our work. From searching to approval in less than 24 hours is truly unheard of, and we cannot put into words how grateful we are to have Jasmine as our real estate agent again. She has made what could have been a very overwhelming and emotional situation so much easier for our family. When you speak with Jasmine, you can genuinely tell that she cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to support them. We are incredibly thankful for her professionalism, kindness and dedication.

We inspected the property on the Monday and by the Tuesday we had a message from Buxton realestate to say they really liked our application and were handing us to the owners. We were approved within about 15 minutes. Jasmine has been very professional in all our dealings with her and it has been such an easy process.

I have been dealing with Tayla from Buxton Ballarat as my property manager and my experience so far has been quite amazing. I carried out some upgrades to the property and her support on getting builders, finding trades for different tasks was quite brilliant. I had got quotes on my end as well and they turned out to be quite similar to what she was offering. Even when selecting tenants, she provided regular updates and ensured a quick turnaround with a tenant. Would not hesitate recommending her and the team for the region.
