I have always found Image Property to be excellent when finding the right tenant for my property in Brisbane. I have used Image Property to locate quality tenants since 2017. Communication regarding applicants has always been excellent, as well as understanding the nuances of my desires to keep the property in the best possible condition. The property manager typically builds a superb understanding of what the property owner requires, and they can then make decisions that naturally reflect the owner's thinking, which is an excellent situation when, as an owner, you are busy with other matters.

I have had the pleasure of leasing out my new investment property through Ray White Carina and everyone I dealt with were a pleasure to deal with and highly professional. Kylie assisted with setting up the lease and finding tenants promptly and Samantha is currently managing the property. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dimitri & Harcourts Property Centre Office staff in Coorparoo for their help in being allocated the rental property 10 Jeetho Street, Holmview, Qld.
