Have been with Harcourts Carrum Downs property management team for 17 years now. They have managed my investment property through many ups and downs in that time and have never been let down by them. My current property manager, Paula Lesjak, has been outstanding. Paula's constant communication and guidance through many different processes from letting out the property, inspections and even VCAT incidences has been exemplary. Would highly recommend their services for any prospective clients, especially Paula's.

From the beginning they were fantastic, from inspections to answering questions to discussing legal advice and fantastic follow-up up. The whole team is super friendly and very professional.

Tamara Abbott and Ashley Patane looked after my property, they were very professional, giving me regular updates and were very proactive with all the works required in the property they were able to organize all tradies and necessary work in the place.
