I would certainly recommend Norman Vasiliou and Highland Inner West. We have had quite a few issues with our property, which Norman has always dealt with efficiently and promptly. We do not live near Sydney, so it is a great relief to have someone that we can trust to deal with our property.

Grant, Euan and Dana from NU Management were absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout our recent rental journey. Grant and Euan were incredibly responsive and supportive in helping us secure our new home and ensuring everything went smoothly from day one. Dana has been wonderful as our property manager too. She has been professional, a pleasure to communicate with and quick to help fix some small issues. As tenants, this has truly been the best rental experience we’ve had. Highly recommend the team at NU Management!

The communications with the property manager have been very prompt and helpful. They are always very responsive to text messages even during evenings and weekends. Grant has been very proactive with progress updates on various aspects of the property management.
