The team at Ray White Brookwater and Greater Springfield (Shout out to Tabitha) have been looking after my properties for almost two years now. After having a less-than-ideal experience with a previous management company, it was a breath of fresh air to experience the professionalism and day-to-day convenience offered by Ray White. I had my property with Coronis West. it was huge waste of time and no movement in anything for weeks, no communication, no report, I had to chase them. Even photos were not updated and descriptions were horrible. So no results. I found this agency as per my tenant recommendation. Cassandra inspected it right away and photos were uploaded 24 hours after. She kept me constantly in loop and we secured a tenant within 3 weeks (due to Easter Holiday) It is pretty good results Highly recommended Thank you

Lisa is really honest in the feedback she gives and one can tell that she is an advocate for both the tenants and the owners (as she should be). Cassie is our Property Manager and from the moment she took on the role nothing has been a problem for her.
