Overview of Cranbourne North, VIC, 3977

They are really good and helpful

Very helpful and professional. Very happy with the service.

The transition of moving from one property to another was made so much easier with the communication between ourselves and our agent(s). Moving house can be one of the most stressful moments in life. As far as our experiences with Ray White Cranbourne are concerned, their knowledge and expertise was exemplary. This made this process of our move less stressful and we are very grateful.

Communication was straight forward. Tanem Cenberci (Agent) was great to talk to and helped out with any issues i had with setting up my Tenancy and queries i might have. Highly professional and Knowledge skills to match.

Mia was a fantastic help setting up our unit for rent, helping find the right tenants for our property in a very short time span. It was very pleasing working with the team at Ray white Cranbourne. We are looking forward to working with them for years too come.

I have had an incredible experience with Ray White. Sophie has been so great with helping my partner and I find a beautiful home. Sophie has really gone above and beyond for us and I am so grateful for everything she has done. We are so excited for the start of this new chapter.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Cassandra Reid for her outstanding handling of my property. Despite me being based in Brisbane and not physically present in Melbourne, she has kept me informed at every stage and ensured complete transparency throughout the process. Her communication, professionalism, and proactive approach make me feel as though I am personally managing the property myself. Full marks to Cassandra for her dedication and exceptional service. I would also like to request the removal of my earlier comments posted on Rate My Agent, as they were mistakenly posted and do not reflect my actual experience. I was not aware of the helpline that is available 24/7.Apoligies for that.

I had a fantastic experience with this team from start to finish. Mark was outstanding in helping me purchase the property; professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. He guided me through the buying process with confidence and made everything smooth and stress-free. After settlement, Mia and Tanem took care of renting out the property and were just as impressive. They were efficient, communicative, and secured tenants quickly. Their attention to detail and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind as a landlord.

The leasing team has good market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills.

Tanem was professional and efficient in handling my rental application, carefully assessing my details and promptly putting it forward to the owner for approval. Tanem communicated clearly throughout the process and made the experience straightforward and stress-free. I appreciated her responsiveness and the way she kept me informed at each stage.
