Overview of Cranbourne East, VIC, 3977

Suri and Uaina have been exceptional throughout the entire purchase process, from exchange of contracts all the way through to selection of tenants. Suri, in particular has gone above and beyond helping us to get the house prepared, advertised and rented. Their communication was extremely thorough and very professional. It was such a great support having them with us as first time investors. I highly recommend both of them.

Uaina was very helpful and responsive for all our inquiries and followups. Really easy to deal with and very professional

Really impressed with Uaina’s work. She found tenants for my home in under a week and handled everything with care and great communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

With expertise in real estate Brooke has done great jobs whether it is managing the lease or re-let the property . I highly recommend Brooke of LJ Hooker Hampton Park

I've dealt with many real estates throughout my rental life, and i can honestly say that the response time and assistance provided by LJ Hooker, Hampton Park, has been excellent. Repairs are carried out quickly and the property manager always responds to emails or calls (without endless chasing, as is the case with other real estates). The house inspections are done in a respectful and friendly manner, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this agency.

In 10 years of dealing with them, never had a bad experience with them. They always responded to our call & dealt with the issues straight away. Regularly conducted inspection of our property.
