The communication was very good with Ray White They kept us up-to-date with everything And they were very professional staff who were able to answer any questions.

Ray white/ daisy hill have always been very professional and responsive. Making managing the property very stress free and passive for myself whilst keeping me upto date. I would definitely recommend their services!

I’ve had an excellent experience working with this property management agency. They currently manage some of my rental properties in Brisbane, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team is professional, proactive, and very easy to work with. Communication is always clear and timely, and they keep me well informed about everything—from tenant updates to routine inspections and maintenance. What really stands out is how efficiently they handle issues. Whether it’s maintenance requests or tenant matters, everything is dealt with quickly and with minimal stress on my end. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my properties are in good hands. They’ve also done a great job with tenant selection and ensuring consistent rental income, which is incredibly important as an investor. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hands-on property management team.

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

Highly recommend Jackie and Jana from my Logan realty. I have investments in other states and the team is one of the best I’ve dealt with in all of aus! Keep up the good work

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. Whenever I am adding a new property to my portfolio within the logan region, I know I have a trusted agent who will handle it all for me.

Very happy with there performance and would recommended them to anyone

We have used All Properties Group for several years now and they have never failed us. Always impressive, quick to inform us of any issues with our property and equally fast to act on those issues. They know their market well and have found great tenants for us, with the property rarely untenanted. We have complete faith in their ability to manage our property competently and professionally. All the agents have proven to be reliable, honest and responsive. Nothing takes too long and everything is handled with a minimum of fuss. Overall, great agency and great agents.

We have worked with several real estates in the past but have found All Properties Group Logan- Shailer Park to be the most professional & thorough agents we have ever come across. I would highly recommend using All Properties Group Logan - Shailer Park.

I am a non-resident property owner and have found Image Property West End to be most helpful and efficient in all aspects related to the management of my property! Their service has been excellent!

Great experience overall. The property manager was professional, responsive, and had strong knowledge of the local rental market. The process was smooth, and a suitable tenant was secured within one week. Highly recommend.

Ian was very efficient and knowledgeable. He attended the pre settlement inspection with me when I purchased the property. He then then assisted me with contacts to rectify issues and make improvements to then rent the property out. He was good at communicating during the advertising campaign and found suitable tenants promptly.

Consistent, great knowledge of the property, kind an respectful to all
