At 93 years of age, I truly value clear and kind communication, and I have found Zevesto Property Management to be excellent in every way. . They always keep me informed, explain things patiently, and make sure I understand what is happening. Whenever any issue has come up, it has been dealt with promptly and efficiently, with no fuss at all. It really does seem that there is nothing they cannot sort out. Their professionalism and helpful manner give me great peace of mind, and I feel very reassured knowing my property is being handled so well. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company they can trust completely.

From the previous tenant vacating the property, through fixing issues necessary to re-let the property and present well to prospective new tenants, the Zevesto team were brilliant. Excellent communication kept me informed along the way and arranged for anything that was necessary to be completed. They also arranged multiple inspections of the property for inspections, and made sure that everything was well presented at each inspection. New tenants moved in a short time ago and a number of things unexpectedly failed or needed attention. Again, Zevesto were onto it straight away and engaged contractors to fix things as necessary. I'm really happy with their customer focussed approach to business (both for the Landlord and the Tenant) and they have managed the property for many years now.

We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. We have been working with QRealty for quite a few years now and they have been fantastic. They find great tenants, they do regular and thorough inspections with a written report and photos. They deal with maintenance issues quickly, they communicate with us and the tenants in an efficient but professional manner. We can’t recommend them more highly. We have had some less than satisfactory dealings with some of the larger real estate companies and there’s no way we would use any other agency for our rental properties or when buying or selling
