While there has been a constant changeover of Agents at Highland that I deal with for my Double Bay rental property, the quality and service have been consistently high. Ali was great to deal with - and most recently Oscar has been very responsive and helpful. Over the last 12 months there have been issues with leakage/water stains and an errant Strata Group. Oscar has managed through this well through liaising with tenants and as of last week, securing a new tenant. His performance has been great!
