Communication was very good, he was always available to answer our questions and help out.

While there has been a constant changeover of Agents at Highland that I deal with for my Double Bay rental property, the quality and service have been consistently high. Ali was great to deal with - and most recently Oscar has been very responsive and helpful. Over the last 12 months there have been issues with leakage/water stains and an errant Strata Group. Oscar has managed through this well through liaising with tenants and as of last week, securing a new tenant. His performance has been great!

As soon as a vacancy became apparent, Daniel and his team communicated with me to discuss rental, and then arranged a viewing of the unit. He was able in very quick time, after consulting with me, to offer a reasonable rental and find a suitable and willing tenant. A truly excellent effort.
