I recently moved in to a unit. From the very first email to inspect property Iorio now everything has been great. I was able to inspect the property, get a prompt response, choose a suitable time to pick up the keys and move in. I was pleasantly surprised with my welcome pack that included some timtams/ coffee/ tea and toilet paper. All of which came in handy on my first day stay. There has been some maintenance issues while I've been here and all have been managed promptly with no delays or hassles. I feel like all my concerns have been managed appropriately. Jae and here team were well organised, methodical in their systems and were on call for help almost 24/7. No request was too difficult and their advise and knowledge were second to none. I wouldn’t and won’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. They took control of everything and executed quickly.
