When our previous tenants vacated, she conducted a detailed exit inspection, identified damages and leftover rubbish, and followed up directly with the tenants to have the issues addressed through the bond. We really appreciated how smoothly and efficiently she handled the situation. More recently, Valene and her team have been proactive in finding a new tenant. They carefully screen applicants and only present those with strong rental histories, which we value greatly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service provided.
