I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The real estate agent was incredibly kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire rental application process. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to help and makes you feel valued as an applicant. A lovely person and a great company to deal with. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and professional rental experience.

My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that! It is obvious that their knowledge of the rental market is profound and they have a lot of experience. I am very happy that I decided to go with Petrusma. When I met Auslinn the first time and had a longer conversation with her I knew she would be the right real estate manager for me. Aislinn and Layla are looking very well after my property . They deal with all issues very quickly and professional. I can rely on them Hundred percent. I definitely highly recommend to go with Petrusma to all landladies and landlords!

Petrusma Newtown are very attentive and helpful. Always friendly and professional. Cheers

Jamie is second to none, when it comes to property management. Highly communicative and proactive. Importantly she is very easy to deal with and always looks out for what is the best interest for you.

Falls Real Estate has helped my partner and I learn the real estate/renting procedure with kindness and extreme helpfulness. We have been applying for rentals for over 6 months with Falls giving us the most feedback and also having the most communication with us throughout that time. Every agent has been helpful and kind, which is not an experience I hear from people often when trying to secure a rental through other agencies. We are so grateful for the Falls team and would recommend them to anyone.

Great communication and constant feedback on progress. Would recommend as property agent or sellers agent

I had a very positive experience with Arkley & Co. My agent helped me not only with purchasing the property but also with managing it afterward, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. What stood out most was her responsiveness, transparency, and genuine commitment to keeping me informed. Communication has always been clear and prompt, and I have felt confident that my property is being well looked after. I would highly recommend Arkley & Co to any landlord looking for a professional, reliable, and trustworthy property management team.

They have been excellent to deal with. Clear with communication

Having a few rental properties with different agencies both in TAS and the mainland it is without exaggeration when I compare various rental agents to say that Taylor from Arkley and Co is highly efficient, knowledgeable, approachable and is definitely worthy of praise. Would highly recommend to any other landlords looking for a new rental agency or changing from their old one. Taylor is definitely my go to girl!

Demi from 4one4 consistently acts professionally and works to meet the goals of both owner and tenants. I'm grateful for her help in finding the best tenants for my properties. She welcomes feedback and responds promptly, which keeps me confident that everything is on track.

4one4 Property Co. found a tenant for my property in only 7 days, which was well beyond what I expected. They communicated clearly and promptly from start to finish, so I always knew where things stood and never had to chase for updates. The whole process felt smooth and professional, and they were easy to deal with at every step. I'd happily recommend them to any landlord looking for a fast, hassle-free result.

Treena at Raine and Horne was very attentive to our needs and got the whole application sorted very smoothly and quickly.

We found them very professional and always returned calls . They were always friendly when we rang them up to make enquiries and were good at answering our questions.
