I have now been in the property for a month, and my experience has been very positive. The initial leasing and move-in process was straightforward and well organised, making everything easy from the start. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with prompt responses to any questions and clear information provided at every step. Overall, it has been a smooth and professional experience, and I appreciate the support I received.

Our experience with CPPM agents and now the management team has be great so far. Be it property sales, management or rental experience, they have be no less than excellent in each areas of the services they provide. It was seamless transition from previous owner to us and same was with our new tenants. The management team has been very helpful in keeping the condition of the property in pristine by performing regular inspections and flagging us with defects to ensure they are rectified as agreed.

We are extremely impressed with Krystal as our property manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable of our rental having looked after it for a number of years. She has been there to answer all of our questions (no matter how silly) and is not afraid to help out with unconventional property things (cleaning up puppy accidents).
