Agencies in Gosnells, WA, 6110

I cannot recommend Courtney Clarkson highly enough. After my property was broken into and suffered damage, she stepped in immediately to handle the crisis. She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend her services to any landlord!

I must commend your team members Sujaya Kalwani and Courtney Clarkson. I have dealt with them and they are wonderful. Hats off to Courtney especially, I have dealt with her over phone and emails regularly, always very cordial and understanding.

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.

Thank you, Tanya & Kahlia, for your great service.

I highly recommend working with Kirsty as she is the first agent to give me an opportunity to get a rental property. She has made the process super clear and helpful. I’m super thankful for her and couldn’t have done it without her.

We’ve been extremely happy with the service provided by Sarah and Bryleigh. They are both friendly, professional and always helpful. They respond promptly to calls and enquiries and do their best to ensure any maintenance or issues are dealt with as quickly as possible and we really appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend!
