I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Ruth loves Adaminaby and the surrounding snowies and it shows in her business, life, friends. She is a fabulous agent who also cares for her tenants and their impressions.

I'm a new tenant and had a good experience with Antone Smith, Sophia Khuaja and the team at MARQ so far. Moving to a new city after not having rented for several years, becoming a rental tenant again felt like entering unfamiliar territory. Sophia's responsive and helpful approach made it a lot easier to navigate. The MARQ office premises at Dickson ACT are also well presented.

Sophia is very responsive, usually responding within 1 day of an enquiry. Very responsive to follow-up questions and will provide detailed and informative responses. Only critique I have is that at times she didn’t know some details about utilities (e.g. electricity, internet), and I would have to look into it myself.

I recently engaged Casey from LJ Hooker Tuggeranong to look after managing one of my properties. She had great informative market knowledge and kept me up to date with the whole process - from getting the property ready, putting it up for rent, getting an excellent return and now rented to a good prospective tenant. I have great faith my property is in good hands with Casey and her team.

During our recent experience, LJ Hooker staff (Ms Myers and Mr Tibballs) were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Both understood their work well and were committed to providing good service to customers. Both staff handled everything efficiently and made the process straightforward for us.

Casey is one of the best real estate agents I have ever had while renting. She is very understanding and supportive regardless of the situation. Casey has made sure that my stay here has been accommodated and that is very important to myself. As someone who has both adhd and autism life can be a bit of a roller coaster, regardless if it has been about upgrading the internet, or finding the right time for inspections, and dealing with my cancellations, she has been the upmost accommodating. I could honestly not speak more highly of Casey and the LJ Hooker Team. If you are in the area and looking for a rental I could not stress enough that Casey and the Team will be there to support you. I have said to Casey many times that I appreciate all that she does, and if there where more people like Casey life would be so much easier for people like myself, a little understanding goes a long way. Thank you Casey and the LJ Hooker team, for making my time in Canberra as smooth as possible, I feel safe and respected and that means a lot too me :)
