Agencies in Gymea, NSW, 2227

Looking for a good rental agency. Great experience and highly capable staff in the PM team.

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

The process of finding a tenant for our property was very easy and very simple thanks to Jasmine. Extremely recommended

We’ve had a fantastic experience so far with our property manager, Lisa. From the get-go, she was efficient, proactive and organised, getting the whole process underway quickly and seamlessly. Our property was advertised within a day, an open home was held that Saturday, and a tenant was secured by Tuesday! We couldn’t be happier with how smoothly and quickly everything was handled. Although we’ve only been working together for a short time, she has already made a great impression, and we really appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness

The team at JRE are very friendly and professional Super responsive and happy to answer any questions I had, Kimberly and Ciahn made the whole process so easy for us Couldn’t recommend them enough

We worked with JRE when renting a townhouse in Gymea and the whole process was not only seamless but we were also made to feel like valued clients. Kimberley was prompt, attentive, efficient and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable in the process of moving into our new home. Anytime a request is made for a repair, the works are undertaken immediately and always with a smile on her face. In all our years of renting, we’ve never dealt with a property manager like this. Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley. The staff in the office are always incredibly friendly and accomodating too. Other estate agents need to learn a few things from JRE! 5 star experience!

The Hylands team made the whole experience very comfortable with a very professional service

Keira has been great to deal with and has been very responsive to all of our requests. She has been very quick to get maintenance issues sorted out and to find new tenants for our unit.

We had a really positive experience working with them. Communication was always clear and friendly, and they were quick to answer any questions we had. Their professionalism and knowledge made us feel confident throughout the whole process. They genuinely cared about helping us and made everything much easier. Thank you again for all your support!

Applied for the property that day I got a phone call asking for paperwork to help with my application in the same day I was approved after applying with multiple other realtors this one was really easiest to speak with and welcoming and understanding 😇

Property was leased within the week, agents were able to assist in all areas we requested. Would highly recommend.
