Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley. The staff in the office are always incredibly friendly and accomodating too. Other estate agents need to learn a few things from JRE! 5 star experience!
