Overview of Harrisdale, WA, 6112

Professional services

I've been with Granger Clark Real Estate for just under six months as a landlord, and I'm genuinely impressed with the level of service so far. From the outset, the team has been professional, approachable, and — most importantly — they actually follow through. What stood out most was how they handled a challenging period involving my landscaping and some unfinished builder work. Rather than leaving me to chase it myself, they took ownership of the situation, followed up with the landscaping team consistently over three months, and kept the pressure on the builder to get the outstanding work completed. On the day of the landscaping itself, an issue came up and they stepped in and helped resolve it on the spot — exactly the kind of hands-on support you want from a property manager. Communication throughout has been clear and timely. I never had to wonder what was happening — they kept me in the loop at every stage. Response times have been excellent, and nothing has felt too hard for them to deal with. If you're a landlord looking for an agency that is proactive, professional, and genuinely puts things into practice rather than just promising them, I'd highly recommend Granger Clark Real Estate. Five stars without hesitation.

I've been with Joyce Properties for years, Adrienne is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond to always help is every way possible. Couldn't recommend them enough.
