Overview of Southern River, WA, 6110

Thanks to the entire Welsh team, they really worked together to get my place leased. They went the extra miles to solve everything, including maintenance and contractor access. Have been a owner using their services for some 15+ years and there have the best team in town.

Rajni at Fair Street Realty is simply amazing professional. Her attention to the slightest detail focused on a seamless transition of the property is truly laudable. Her communications and personal touch that it’s hitchless for both the tenant and landlord. She is truly very professional, caring and caring and ensure everything gets done promptly and as per agreed schedule. Thank you Rajni.

I've been renting through professionals property. ROB DI is always supportive, attentive, and ensures maintenance requests are handled quickly. Their communication is excellent.

Re-letting property. Would be great not to wait for bond to clear last tenants rent though

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.
