Bond queries are always fair on both sides When some items may be missed the agent even takes this on and sorts herself in some minor cases without charging either side ! When maintenance is needed, our agent Tracy often gives good recommendations we wouldn't have thought of that save money and get a better job done (e.g grouping work orders to a single trade when would often be multiple call outs) Advice is always spot on too Thanks Property Plus team

After having Peak Central look after our existing property for years with no issues we organised for Peak to manage another home. Photos were taken that night (Wednesday), add loaded the following day with a home open on Saturday. On the Monday I had an application sitting in my inbox to which we agreed and tenants moved in the following week. Could not ask for a better experience renting out our property.
