From the time I went to inspect the property, applied for rental, and moving in, everything was done in good time. I had an answer to my application very quickly. Paperwork sent and signed and returned promptly. Picking up the keys was efficient and all the staff I dealt with face to face (including the front counter) were all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A minor issue on the day of moving in was dealt with quickly and the staff showed genuine willingness to help. It has been a pleasure to deal with this agent - so far. It has only been one month since I have moved it. Will review further down the track when I have been dealing with this agency a bit longer.
