After renting my property through different agents. My experiences indicates I would keep doing it through Ian and McNamee unless I chose to sell. Hi. I did the inspection on Saturday morning, and by Wednesday I got the results. They are quick in the process. I have also ask for ask for carpet cleaning and they agreed on that. Daniel was the person who responded to all my emails asap and worked my process which went fast and smoothly. Since I have to give 21 days for my old property, they even understand that and didn't push me to move in soon and give the time date I preferred to move it.
